| The aim of this 'capacity-building programme' was to provide training in advice and counselling skills (to NVQ Level 3 equivalent), with work experience in Bristol's CAB for unemployed URBAN area residents.
The focus being to provide CAB training and relevant work experience with the aim that participants would gain the capacity to find work in similar areas.
To train more people in 'advice and counselling skills', was a secondary motive for this project to succeed as there is a shortage of advisers in Bristol, especially in the URBAN area.
This project completed on 31st December 2000, and has assisted people by providing training and support programmes in order to improve employment prospects for participants to prosper. A project in the waiting.
